The English Bulldog puppy you purchased, and any bulldog puppies for sale from Huskerland Bulldogs is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase.The puppy will be current on vaccinations and de-worming at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep up on the puppy's vaccinations and de-wormings, (we recommend every two weeks) until the bulldog puppy is 18 weeks old, then once annually. Huskerland Bulldog breeder guarantees the puppy for 10 days from the date of purchase against parvovirus, distemper, leptosporosis, hepatitis, parinfluenza, corona virus and bordetella.If the puppy should contact any of these sicknesses within the 10 day warranty period, Huskerland Bulldogs must be contacted at once. If your bulldog puppy should die of any of these sicknesses within the 10 day warranty period, Huskerland Bulldogs be contacted within three days of the death and a replacement puppy will be provided from the next available litter of the same breed and sex. It will be the buyers responsibility to provide Huskerland Bulldogs with a written veterinarian statement as to the cause of death and to have the puppy sent to a major university for posting if we so require.
Huskerland Bulldogs also guarantees the puppy against any hereditary or congenital disorder that may interfere with the puppy's ability to lead a normal life.This is a one year guarantee, which covers disorders, such as heart murmurs, skeletal abnormalities, blindness, luxating patella's or hip dysplasia. In the event of such an occurrence,Huskerland Bulldogs will replace the puppy under the same conditions as stated above, providing a veterinarian statement is submitted to Huskerland Bulldogs 10 days from the date of the diagnosis as to the nature of the problem.The hip dysplasia guarantee is not based on only an x-ray, but on clinical signs also.In other words, the dog must show pain or significant clinical signs of hip dysplasia in order to be covered under the guarantee.In the event that a replacement puppy is provided, all shipping costs involved are the buyers responsibility.
Both the buyer and the seller of the puppy(s) hereby understand that the buyer is responsible for any and all veterinarian cost of every kind and nature after the date of purchase including vaccinations and de-worming.If for any reason there is an exception made the buyer shall contact the seller and the seller will have full say in determining if a refund will be given.Any amount agreed on in excess of $50.00 for a vet bill must be given in writing by the seller to be valid.No other guarantees are made or implied by Huskerland Bulldogs those stated in this written health guarantee, and all guarantees are strictly on a replacement basis.
